The hunt goes well
Well after i wrote the post about job hunting i pretty much left and went job hunting.
I started off going to the cinemas coz they often hire people, and i got told to fill out some application form, hand it back in and they'll put me on their files.
Then I went to a few other palces and basically got the same answer "Sorry were not looking for people at the moment but hand in your resume and we'll kep it on record for you"
and so the day carried on, me thinking yep another typical job hunting day, and before going home to give up I thought i'd go into one more place, it's called Westco and it's a guy n gal clothing store. I asked if theyw ere looking for people and they justs aid well hand in resume and we'll see what happens, I gave the girl there my resume and she started reading it and aksed questions like how old I was, if I was looking for full or part time work etc and I replied with "I'm 17, 18 in a couple of months and I'm not really fussed about what kind of work, but next year I am hoping to do further studies"
She said hold on a sec, went outback of the store then came back and said "How would you like to come back tomorrow about 1pm for a trial run"
HOW SWEET!!! I never expected that to happen.. like ever... so fingers crossed
