So my dad is worrying me slightly. He's talking about how upset he is, and he's thinking that he may be near a mental breakdown. It freaks me out becuase I know that he's contemplated suicide and quite frankly if he were to do that it would drive me over the edge as well. I plan to keep a close eye on him and suggest going to get help.
hm. Everything else has been ok. I recently had the peak of my day...thats right I've been up since 6am and it just peaked around 10:15.
