Official Moving Date

Well, I know I’ve been very scarce on LJ for while but I’ve had a lot on my plate and I don’t get much time to get on. A lot has happened over the past few months with my job situation and all but I finally made an ultimate conclusion. I’m leaving the Baltimore/ DC area. I’m being transferred down south to the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. I know people are going to think I’m crazy going down there with hurricanes and such but it won’t be that bad and the job is a great opportunity for me career wise. I can’t disclose where I work on here (Especially since I’m on a Government computer) but some of you know and it will involve investigations. So I’m very excited about this career move. I know I only got to meet some of you guys on here but I thoroughly enjoyed talking to you and I’ll still keep you guys updated on the events of my Miami life.

I still can’t believe I’m leaving though...…I never thought I ever would. I’m excited but a little scared. I don’t know anyone in Miami or Fort Lauderdale. It’s like I’m starting my life completely over. I’m looking at renting with a few guys up in Pembroke Pines, FL. Its close to my office but also close to Fort Lauderdale. I dont want to be too close to all the action or i'll be getting into a lot of trouble! hehe

Anyways, I will be leaving the area soon cause my official start date is going to be November 1. Also if anyone knows of any friendly bears/ cubs down in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area….please let me know so I can connect and maybe start a few friendships down there =)
