(no subject)
it's rather pathetic that i tried to sign in to my LJ and had to change my password since it has been a solid 7 months since my last post and they shut me out. i used to update every day! ... practically.
summer's coming. thank gosh! i don't think that i can take too much more of school. projects and stress and all that fun stuff have been piling up sky high and i'm ready to just relax and not have to worry about deadlines for a while. I could take the time to vent in this entry, like most LJ-ers tend to do, but i think it would be best for everyone if i just kept my mouth shut and complained about it somewhere else. bottom line is, laziness is a killer.
the end of school is just around the corner and i'm pretty sure the month of may is going to last a lifetime. At least there are fun things to look forward to, like (maybe) underclassmens on the 12th, relay on the 19th and then prom on june 1st. the only bad things mixed in are projects, and futures on mothers day as well as a tournament the day after relay. As much as i love hockey, i complain about it a lot. hopefully next year at least becca will be doing it too, so it won't be nearly as painful to wake up early and slave away for one day a month.
the good news is that my to-do list is getting a heck of a lot smaller... thanks to help and counseling from bec and martin. i'm slowly regaining my sanity after my melt-down week where just about anything and everything made me cry.
so maybe a strong finish to a shitty school year is in order. we'll see.
