This weekend has been so much fun! After school yesterday a bunch of us decided to play Ultimate on the football field... it was a little slow at first, but turned out to be pretty fun! We took a little break for some rita's, played some more and then ended up going to Sylvia's later... where we were lured over to carrcroft and ambushed by the seniors and a shitload of water balloons! Even though we were the victims, i still thought it was pretty funny...
today, the Dupuis came down to visit from Westfield and them and my family plus trev went to the NCAA men's lax semi's in philly, which was such a blast! we bought our tickets as soon as we got there, and they had opened up the Duke reserved section maybe 10 minutes before we got there, so we sat on the lower level, right behind all the Duke parents and stuff but still right under the overhang and in the shade... even better than my parents reserved seats!! So we got to watch Duke massacre Maryland 18-9 and were amazed by how grrrreat they all are! Then after a little tailgating, we watched Hopkins vs. Virginia. Trev was for Virginia and i was for Hopkins and it was the best lax game i have EVER seen! including two goals in the last 15 seconds and then a sudden death overtime in which MY team won :-D then we went to jeremy's to play some hide and go seek, which is always fun!
So far, it's been such a fun weekend!! and there's more lax in store for tomorrow's Div II & III Finals and maybe even Duke vs. Hopkins on monday...?? I'm so excited! Duke's gonna blow Hopkins away... for sure.
