Sherlock fanarty things
Just got back from CONvergence and have all the con-brain on top of travel-brain and just a dash of lingering jetlag, so apologies if I'm extra weird. Too braindead to finagle good looking images out of LJ's uploader system. Just click for bigger.
If I ever meet Benedict Cumberbatch I'm going to forget my manners entirely and lecture him about having a difficult face to draw. Which isn't even his fault because I'm pretty sure he's an alien. Or a hammerhead shark. Shark alien? Ooh, he could guest star on the next Doctor Who Christmas special!
Uh, anyway. iPad drawing in the ArtRage app, entirely done with finger painting (no stylus) to see if I could make something that way. I can! Hooray!
And then I drew some vaguely Watterson-style Sherlock and John sketches at con.

I've been lurking around the Sherlock fandom for a month or so, but the Sherlock panel and Sherlock slash meetup at CONvergence this weekend made me really want to start contributing. So many awesome people! So many new fanworks I need to check out! A world of squee.
PS A big flaily-armed HI to any CONvergence Sherlock fans reading this! I was that quiet girl with the short blond hair taking notes and making squeaky noises about cosplaying John next year.
