Dinner Parties Galore
So Yong Soo and Feliciano are both having dinner parties. I have been invited to both, and now I have to think of things to bring to them. I don't want to bring the same thing to both parties, which means a lot of cooking on my part, but that's okay.
So for one I'm thinking about bringing this:
I think that will be for Feliciano's party, mainly because it's my version of pasta. :P Have a better explanation of it than I can give(stolen from wiki):
"Turkish pasta that consists of folded triangles of dough filled with minced meat, often with minced onions and parsley. It is typically served hot topped with garlic yoghurt and melted butter or warmed olive oil, and a range of spices such as oregano, dried mint, ground sumac, and red pepper powder. The combination of meat-filled dough with yoghurt differentiates it from other dumplings such as tortellini, ravioli, and Chinese wonton. Mantı is usually eaten as a main dish."
The other thing I want to make (because I really like it) is this:
It's just cucumber with yogurt, dried mint and olive oil, but it's really good.
And yes, the pictures are big. That's because my food is delicious and deserves to be big. Anyway, just thoughts. Anyone else have any comments/requests? I know you're all looking. ;P
