[The feed clicks on, and it's just Will, gallantly dressed as always. He's grinning heartily at the camera, hands set on his hips.]
Hellooooo, Adstringendum! I'm just here to let you know that, uh-
[A little pause, and he puffs his chest up a little more.]
-to let you know that Sir Lance isn't- with us anymore. But never fear!
[Will takes a

[ She's trying not to cry over all of this; he was already sad enough without her tears. ]
I, um... c-can I find you?

I'm sorry. You were closer to him than I was.
If there's anything I can do, please tell me.

I will.
Xatu thinks we should have dinner. Together, I mean. She thinks it would be harder to bear it alone.

I'd be all for that. Do you want to go somewhere or stay here?

[HAVE YOU HEARD THE STORIES OF WILL'S COOKING, JASMINE? IS THAT WHY YOU'RE OFFERING?]

Alright. I'll see you when you get back.

Will doesn't reply- but he does come back, eventually. A little worse for the wear, his cheeks a little red, but the worst of it is hidden by the mask he always wears. It's after dark though, and the only reason he seems to be here is the green bird behind him, ushering him back.
But. He knocks once on the door anyway and steps inside, hands shoved in his pockets, shoulders hunched. Defeated.]

She leaves the food on the stove for the moment, completely cooked but simply being kept warm, to find Will. When she sees him she doesn't even try to smile; she feels it wouldn't be appropriate to, considering how down they both are and how obvious it is. ]
W-welcome back.

[There's a long pause there, that would almost be awkward, if he wasn't so wrapped up in his own thoughts. Will slowly closes the door behind both him and Xatu, and the bird shuffles over to Jasmine, pressing its head quietly against her arm. It offers her no mental solitude though- Xatu only really connects with Will- but still. It's there.
Having closed the door, Will turns and leans back against it, eyes lowered in thought for a few moments, before he swallows hard and sighs, shaking his head.]
We cannot allow this to- Lance would want us to stay strong.

R-right. He wouldn't want us to be sad... [ But, at the moment, it was hard not to be. She bites her lip slightly. ] I, um... I-I didn't know exactly what you'd like, but I made food anyway.

[Avoiding the subject of Lance. Will brushes past her, headed for the kitchen. He doesn't know if he wants to talk about it or not- especially to Jasmine, who wouldn't even understand half of it, unless he explained to her- which would involve telling her about team rocket and his world, and how they're all just reformed criminals, and-
He shakes his head. With Lance, the last of the people who know about what he used to be were gone. Will didn't know if that was a good thing or not anymore.]
