Notes: 'Hangman' for art_bingo. I chose Sydney for this Arcana because of his ability to see the truth and the sacrifices that he's made for the Dark and Müllenkamp, his 'Empress'. Of course, I got that by skimming through Wikipedia, so it might not be all that accurate.
I took a lot of liberties with his character design here. The cape-skirt thing I left out because it just didn't really fit. It was never stated that his legs were sacrificed as well as his arms (usually I'd say yes they were) but I needed his legs for this, obviously.
You can tell that I drew this right-side up and then flipped it because of the hair. I forgot to factor in gravity but I liked it too much to change it. And no, I don't know how his pants are staying on.
