Indonesian Lapis Surabaya that I made for my coworker's house warming this weekend. Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry jam. YUM>

My first time working with fondant. It was a lot more stiff than I thought it would be, kind of hard to roll out. It doesn't taste bad, just sugary, but it was kind of weird on a cupcake.
