Ah. It seems you have been captured as well, Germany. Unfortunately, Wonderland does not seem to be making themselves present for negotiations, from what I understand.

Indeed, as were Hungary, Russia, Lithuania, and your annoying brother. This "Wonderland" is quite the rude host though. I have not seen them so much as once, though I've heard tell of their boss.

It seems that way. Wonderland appears to be a monarchy of some kind, headed by a woman known as "The Queen of Hearts". There seems to be a generally ill opinion of her, though that may be due to the high number of captives in her territory. I've only just arrived myself.

...Pardon me, but what year was it when you left?

Because Hungary and I recall it being the year 2009. I've recently spoken with Switzerland and he remembers similarly.

I have not had the opportunity to inquire. We had assumed your brother to be especially insane, as he seems to think he is from much before the second World War.

However...your sense of time is strange as well, so perhaps it is not merely "forgetting", or "delusion".
