Mondays and Wednesdays are boring wastes of time. So why do I only feel like crap on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Is it because there's something to look forward to on those days, so there's actually contrast? I don't know. I get beer now.

That alien guy is probing for Uranus. And Adam, why, oh WHY must you delete the messages of your loved ones? Just because they are non-sensical at times, and just because they are not about getting drunk and contemplating one's navel, doesn't mean that you have the right to delete them from your supposedly "DEMOCRATIC" page. GEEZ! The origins of poo and babies are pertinent discussion topics, rivalling the discussion of the origins of the universe and drunkeness. Do you not agree?

Gay was not meant as an insult. In fact, gay literally means content, although the sense in which you read it is totally a natural phenomenon. Homosexuality occurs everywhere in the animal kingdom, from koala bears (which are all mostly lesbians) to dogs. Being homosexual is perfectly fine and normal - no one should use it as an insult. Note to all.

Actually that is quite true!! In fact when I was a kid I had wall paper that would say what each child was like depending on the day they were born. And since I was born on the Sabbath it said "A Child born on the Sabbath is happy and gay."
When I was 12 I only knew gay to mean happy. And one day this other kid asked me what it meant, and I said it meant you are happy...so there you go!!

It literally means cheerful. Convivial. Joie de vivre. I know what it means.
I'll accept that explanation because I'd rather not believe that anyone uses it that way.

Great - there is no reason for you to get your panties in a bunch. In fact, my uncle was gay and died from aids, but I give people the benefit of the doubt when they're ignorant about using gay as an insult. The whole world needs to remove the pickle from its proverbial arse.

sorry to hear it, my uncle wasn't, but I don't apologize for it. Language plays an important role in maintaining stereotypes. There's a reason people don't go around calling black people "niggers". Every time you say it, it refreshes the power of the word to influence people's minds.
