Looks like Chibbs is trying to start off with a bang.
The villain looks like Pinhead and Eldrad* had a nightmare baby (just add more glitter!)
And if the Doctor can feel the breaking apart of the universe as it happens- I honestly can't wait for the angsty fics that develop from that plot point.
