Some key elements to a perfect Tuesday.

Well, skipper-me-kibbets, what a nice ol' Valentines' Day indeedy.
Friends, snakes, cookies
and cake.
A successful batch of corn chowder. Some wooden chews for the rats that are shaped like cartoon fruit [and probably taste similarly].
Got to watch baby snakes eat. Cute, muppet-y faces disheveled by the overwhelming cram of rat fetus face.
The older of the two corn snakes yawned not once, but twice tonight! which is beyond cute, and by the way, is far more adorable to take in than the yawn of a human child [although one may be so enthralled upon the evidence of a child's tiring as to confuse this reaction with adorable-ness]

I know a lot of people are hung up on a day like today--when Keith and I went to the grocery store late last night, the checker man told us of the many fellas flocking to the card section on their way to grab milk. Because places like Copps food centers want to make commercial expressions of love more convenient for you. [no, not really you]
Laura's excursion for a Baskin robbins log reportedly involved an amusing jockeying among the men in baseball caps around the freezer, anxiously eyeing the purchased models walking past them from the checkout to see what was missed. I can't remember what ours was called, but it had chocolate covered cherries in it--If that's not Valentine-y, I don't know what in the world of ice cream cakes is.

So, this report of male-dominated last-minute-ness intrigues me somewhat; my devil's advocate isn't sure what to say, as it ordinarily opts out of topics concerning gender stereotypes. But there it is, the prevalence of baseball caps and last minute thoughts. Oh-there it goes, the topic's already leaving me bored.

What's not boring are the repeated oscillations of Silver Apples in my ears as I work the sour candy out of my gums and contemplate the final project for J & J's Digital Process class.

Good night you bad rascals.
And for those of you directly involved, thanks for the day.

Hey, it's Tuesday.
