I wasn't planning on counting my vote from the first poll, but group one and group two tied and I didn't want six stories to go forward, so I just went with group one. Thanks for the input, and I hope folks continue to give it in this poll.

Laura is VP on New Caprica when the cylons arrive. This story will be split into two time frames, Laura in her new political post pre-occupation, and the life she is forced to have during it.
Afterlife
Post-canon. Laura realizes she needs to do more than accept her death to find satisfaction in the afterlife, and sets out on a quest to reconcile with the life she lead pre and post attacks.
