Moxana's still around. Blizz doesn't delete anything on the hopes you come back. You could come back and activate your account in 2 years, and everything would pretty much be as is, lol.

Oh I understand that (DragnRealms is the same way), but I'm not actively playing. If I do start up again, I'll probably also create a horde character.
