My aunt's standard poodle, Stoli, died today. She fell in the pool in the backyard and drowned. I am very sad. I loved this dog immensely. It is difficult when a beloved pet dies, but life would be so much worse without these friends. Today I am grateful that I have the capacity to love, even if it hurts.
