ok, so..we all know things r a little crappy right now...
ok, so everyone is stressed right now and going through hard times, im not even gonna get into whats going on. but my friend katie kostal from church wrote this in her lj. Pastor mike wrote it in his Xanga and it really made me feel better...
"I know school is tough for some of you, lots of pressures, lots of expectations. it is good to experience hard, challenging times. That is the stuff life is made of.
its purpose is not just to make you stronger and smarter and wiser, that is part of it. I think the main thing that tough times should bring is this, a deeper dependence on God. When things are good/easy, like summer :), we can sort of coast. We have more time for leisure, more time to focus on spiritual things, time for God. Well, as things get busier, I think that is a perfect time for us to be more intentional about our spiritual walk."
so, i decided im not gonna worry about things anymore and im gonna trust God to take care of it. If someone thinks i did this or did that, when i really did not..then whatever, its not worth it to argue and try to tell them the truth when they don't even believe you.
i love all my friends so much and all i want is for these hard feelings towards eachother to just go away. ok, so we fight sometimes, we don't all agree on the same things. but so what!?!? i still love them! all of them! im sorry if i have done something to anyone latley that offended them. Things r just a mess. We have all been mad and annoyed with eachother. don't be afraid to admit it.
well, anyways, yesterday was fun! school wasn't too bad, went to mcdonalds with katie,rachel, and danielle, tailgate was fun (all me manda kenz and amber did the whole time was do our hair, ugh. but it was fun hanging out with them), the game was so much fun (i got to hang out with katie alot, and kaleigh too which was nice cuz we never talk anymore), after the game jenny amber and i went to my house to change for the dance, the dance was a lot of fun (i haven't had that much fun at a dance in a long time), after the dance i hung out with jenny, kenz, manda, and amber, then i spent the night at amber's. we got home at 3. hehe! it was a fun night. i got toilet paper tho so that sucks!
the car wash was ok. not much to say about that. well, thats it for now. im going to the junior high football game at 4 if anyone wants to come. i have to be there to support the pommers.
