While admiring someone's photo's of their independence day celebrating with family and friends, it suddenly made me a little sad.
Digital photography is so amazing, and my eyes soak in the amazing crisp gorgeous frames capturing just... beauty! And yet I just totally felt like somebody stuck a needle in my side when I also realized that fact that all the digital media = no more boxes of these images springing up in attics, in estate sales, in thrift stores, in general... they've become so accessible and yet in the grand scheme of leaving memory footprints in the future, so unattainable!
I don't know! But this upset me! Random babble, I know.
