Story Or Series Title:
Tetsuo's Return (Hopefully he'll return to make the Sue's head explode)
Fandom: AKIRA. Further proof that nothing is sacred.
Culprit Author's Name: hieiluver213
Full Name (plus titles if any): Keori Shotaro (Yes, the author's switched Kaneda's first and last names, but on purpose, if you can believe it.)
Full Species(es): Sister!Sue
Hair Color (include adjectives): "Curly black"
Eye Color (include adjectives): Brown
Unusual Markings/Colorations: The bruises she gets after a fight.
Special Possessions (if any): A motorcycle and a best friend named Sivara.
Annoying Origin: Kaneda's younger sister, who magically appears after the desturction of Neo Tokyo in the movie and attends the rebuilt vocational school with her brother, even though it was, y'know, a boys only institution.
Annoying Connections To Canon Characters: Kaneda's younger sister and member of his motorcycle gang; Kai's girlfriend.
Annoying Special Abilities: Turns Kaneda into the stereotypical overly concerned big brother. Because we all know how responsible and well-meaning he is.
Other Annoying Traits: Is smarter than Kai in that she knows what an "organism" is. (Jeezum Crow.) She acts really immature for someone in this setting.
Please include a small sample of the worst of this story:
Hey, I’m Keori Shotaro. I have curly black hair and brown eyes. I live with my brother Kaneda in the city of Old city Tokyo. Me and Kaneda are part of this bike gang. The gang includes me, Kaneda, my best friend Sivara, and my boyfriend Kai. There are others in the group but the gang broke up a bit after the run in with Tetsuo. The first time I read this I glanced over that line, and had no idea this fic was supposed to take place after the movie. So, apparently, Neo Tokyo is rebuilt in record time and everything returns to the status quo (minus Tetsuo and Kei, who must have fallen into a plot hole). Readers of the Akira manga know how likely this is. I’m fifteen years old and go to a vocational school (if you don’t know what that means get a dictionary).
One rainy day our teacher decided to bore us to death with a lecture. Now Kaneda knows that I’m dating Kai but he’s not really comfortable with the fact of me dating at all. I noticed Kaneda and Sivara weren’t there so it was safe for me to be with Kai. I sat down next to him.
“Hey.” “What’s up?” he replied. So anyway me and Kai goofed off most of the class period until the teacher butted in. “Keori, Kai. Are you paying attention?” the teacher asked. “Yes,” we replied innocently. “Then what did I just say?” he asked. “You just asked us if we were paying attention,” I said. “Dude she just told you,” Kai said. “I don’t care. You both get detention,” the teacher answered. We went down and got our detention passes.
“Kaneda is going to kill me,” I said after class. “Hey at least it’s not anything new,” Kai said. I looked up at him, “Yeah at least.” Kai was about to lean down to kiss me when Kaneda and Sivara pulled up on their motorcycles. “Hey lover boy back away,” Kaneda said. Kai took a step back, “There happy now?” he asked sarcastically. “Yes much better,” Kaneda replied. I sighed, Kaneda is so embarrassing at times but he was just joking to be stupid.
“Well anyway let’s ditch and go do something,” Sivara suggested. “We cant we-” I was cut off by Kaneda, “Got detention didn’t you?” I nodded, “Yep so did Kai.” “What was it for this time?” Kaneda asked. “Back talking a teacher,” I said. I smiled innocently and Kaneda shook his head. I miss the real Kaneda. Damn pod people!
I was just about to mount my bike when I heard Sivara yell. I looked back to see what the matter was to see a metal pipe coming at my face. It hit me hard and I passed out.
When I awoke I was on the ground with my hands tied behind my back. Kaneda and Kai were also tied up, the only difference was that they had guns by there heads. Sivara stood cussing at some guy, who looked really weird with paint all over his face.
“What the fuck is going on?” I asked out loud. The man with the paint on his face stopped cussing back at Sivara and turned to me. “So the youngest one is alive,” the man said. “Duh I’m alive. What the hell is going on here?” I asked. The man picked me up by my arm and punched me in the jaw. “What was that for?” I asked. The author must have stored up her paragraph breaks for winter.
“For cussing, a young one like you should not use such language at such a delicate age,” the man replied. Gang members in dystopian futures are so prim and proper, you see. He flicked my nose. His gang all snickered at his comment. “You can’t tell me what to do and what not to do you ass,” I yelled.
He let go off me and hit me in the head, “If you’re smart you’ll keep your mouth shut,” he said. He walked back over to Sivara. “Asshole doesn’t even know my age,” I muttered. “Keori are you trying to get killed?” Kai whispered. Hopefully.
“I heard that,” the man yelled. He threw Sivara back on the ground and picked me up by my arm again. “Then how old are you missy?” he asked. “15, old enough to cuss if I damn well please,” I replied. “15? Oh I was expecting 14 but 15 makes it so much better,” he was being sarcastic, “Here guys since she’s so tough let’s hurt her pride a bit.”
He pushed me backwards and some other guy caught me. Another guy punched me in the face and kicked me in the stomach. They beat the crap outta me. By the time they finished I could barely move. I was bruised and hurt everywhere.
