The people in this town clearly hold no respect for my authority as the Detective. I cannot count on them to tell me the truth about whether or not people have entered or exited their homes. Therefore, the tape is nessecary.

I've made progress with my efforts to take a census of this place, and I've come up with many theories for how the murders in that other town were committed, all of which will be testable.
