I think I've accepted my career choice. After hearing about some of the home lives of the students I'm working with, I feel as though it's my duty to protect and help children. How can people do these horrible things to children? I felt like crying the other day when I heard about their stories. I just want to take some of the kids home with me and hug them and tell them it's gonna be okay. Teaching may be for me after all.
On a lighter note, I love life today. Tomorrow might be different, but I am very thankful for my friends (Natashia:)) and am thankful for every day I can wake up and move.
