Alright... I wanted to tell you about last night. Sarah and I arrived in Cologne around half past nine and went into the direction of Neumarkt via Breite Strasse, where we stumbled upon a pub with loud and good music - oldies and Föös. The pub was so full, people were standing on the street singing and dancing. So I got two Kölsch (the famous Cologne beer, the tastiest in the whole wide world, IMHO) and we stayed there for a while. It was really nice there - good music, nice people. Then we moved on to the so-called Ringe, where we went into a new club/bar/games place, Giga Center. I really, really like it there. It's really *huge* - five storeys. We sat down in the bar area and had some cocktails, and since they have a large screen and several TV sets, we watched a boxfight, and now we have a common fave boxer, Joe Calzaghe. He's really cute, although he's a boxer *lol* Later we went to a little funfair on Rudolfplatz, which was very nice. We went on a little crazy spinning thingy (which spins sideways, not over head), and after that Sarah was sick, so we had to drive home gain, where we arrived around half past one. A really early coming on Saturday night, in my eyes :( Usually I come home at 3 the very earliest, because otherwise there's no point in going out. And I wanted to go into the Altstadt, because it's really cool there. Well, next time. But it was fun to go out with Sarah - we'll probably do it again the weekend after the next. And then we'll stay much longer. Anyway, I have to say I love going to Cologne at night - it's a real cool city with lots of cool bars and pubs. *sigh* I'm a bars 'n pubs type *lol* And it's really cool my little sis is now old enough to go there, too. But she was a little tipsy last night - I guess she has to get used to alcohol. I think I was much tougher with 16 - she just had one beer and one Pina Colada, that's almost nothing, especially in three hours. Well, I'll teach her ;) But then I already regularly went to parties with alcohol when I was 14... And first went to discos and clubs with 15. And I do think that's a good thing - I matured fast in that respect. I know how much I can drink, knew that in fact already with 16, and I know how to be safe in every respect. Hitting the big town at such an early age teaches you important lessons. And my parents were very trusting - they knew I drank and smoked, but that I didn't overdo it, so I had time to figure things out myself and get to a healthy view. I don't drink much - in fact, from 2000 to 2002 I drank no alcohol at all - and when I drink, I know exactly why, and how much. I'd never drink uncontrolled. I think that is also because I learned how to deal with alcohol at an early age. I'm not saying teenies should booze - I just think you have to drink alcohol - be allowed to do it - to find out how to deal with it. It's like smoking - my parents never told me not to, so without any pressure, I was able to find out I didn't like it. Started with 13 years 10 months, quitted shortly after my 14th birthday *lol* Smoked about 20 fags since then. Maybe that doesn't apply to most kids, but I think you have to find such things out for yourself, and if you don't at such a comparatively tender age, it may be harder to do it later. I don't know.

Gah, that was long. And I hope no one starts hitting me ;)
