Stephen King is jus jellus of SMeyer! Yeah. I mean, who is this Stephen King person anyway? This is even better than the outrage of the Potterfen when PTerry said that JKR was just a little bit stupid for not realizing she was writing fantasy (which still makes me LOL - I mean, I love JKR, but srsly).

Also, I watched the I Want To Believe extras ( Read more... )

books, hp, tv, lolz!, movies, x-files, clips, discworld

Boo, you were replying while I was editing ;)

I am sorry for the edits but omg, this is just too hilarious. And WTF do the movies based on books have to do with the quality of the books itself. OMG TWILIGHT MOVIE WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN MOVIES BASED ON KINGS BOOK THEREFOR MEYER = BEST WRITER EVAH!!

;P

I think this says it all:
For me Stephenie writes in a way that everyone can understand, wich for me it’s a great thing, since I was not a big fan of reading until Twilight. And I don’t think that she need put difficult words in the books to prove that she is extremely smart. I’m a big fan of Harry Potter too, but for me, Stephenie wrote a totally diffrent world in a totally diffrent way. It’s complete insane try to compare because there’s no comparation. Stephenie is amazing on what she writes and also Rowling… but for sure is COMPLETLY DIFFRENT! And that doesn’t mean that one is better than other… at all, just diffrent and amazing in their own way.
And my mommy have 45 years old and love the books, so I don’t think that the Twilight books are only for teenagers.
... No. Words. Needed.

It probably never was more appropriate.

And now I have an image in my head of Darcy reading "Twilight" and throwing it away in disgust! Hah!

So, I encourage Rowling and King himself to write the book that fascinates the readers at this point.
Right.
