Meep. Well, a few more minutes then.

Hope you'll like some of the books - and haven't read them already?

I started "Life Of Pi" (undecided about it, I definitely don't like Pi much), and "Diary" - am stunned by that one!

I just started reading it - I'm undecided so far, I only sure I don't like the boy much, because so far he's of completely opposite opinions in two major topics. It's very well written though. You have to ask Pers for more :)

I haven't read "Der Schwarm" yet, but I really want to. And anything by Fry just MUST be brilliant ;)

"Diary" is by Chuck Palahniuk, he wrote "Fight Club". It's hard to explain what it is about (just like "FC" *lol*), but so far I definitely recommend it!

Btw, I always put down what I'm reading here, comments are always welcomed!

From Amazon: Diary takes the form of a 'coma diary' kept by one Misty Tracy Wilmot as her husband lies senseless in hospital after a suicide attempt. Once she was an art student dreaming of creativity and freedom; now, after marrying Peter at art school and being brought back to once quaint, now tourist-overrun Waytansea Island, she's been reduced to the condition of a resort hotel maid. Peter, it turns out, has been hiding rooms in houses he's refurbished and scrawling vile messages all over the walls. Angry homeowners are suing, and Misty's dreams of artistic greatness are in ashes. But then, as if possessed by the spirit of Maura Kinkaid, a fabled Waytansea artist of the nineteenth century, Misty begins painting again, compulsively. The canvases are taken away by her mother-in-law and her doctor, who seem to have a plan for Misty - and for all those annoying tourists...

I haven't read any of the books you sent me, so lots of reading to look forward to :)

I liked Life of Pi because parts of the story were just... weird (like about that island). And of course I liked Diary, too.

Oh, that's great :) I hope you'll like them.

I'm not that far yet, he's still in India. I think it's very well written, but I just can't stand the boy *lol*

Well, if you're still in India... just keep reading and see...
Somehow the whole Pi trying out several religions at once amused me.
