I swear it's getting embarrassing to read Sherlock Holmes Canon Stories when somebody else is in the room. Not only because of the innuendos (bless the Victorians and their way of talking), but also because the edition I'm reading this time (yes, I have different editions of the same books; yes, I am pathetic) has the infamous Paget illustrations. And then you stumble about a picture like this one:
I mean, HOW THE FUCK am I supposed to NOT giggle madly?! Uhm, point is: in b/w it looks as if Watson has his hands on Holmes's shoulders ;) By the way, if anyone wants to read some high-class Victorian smut, I can direct you to some wonderful stories. Some truly silly, some truly angsty. Just let me know - I'm always willing to spread the H/W love ;) But what you definitely should have a look at (trust me, it's only a few seconds each, and DAMN, it's worth it) is this, this, and this.
EDIT: Iconage - a few Sherlock icon bases as requested by patsch. I'm sorry they're only bases (just did a bit with the light), but I simply can't think of anything fancy at the moment :( Maybe you'll think of something you want to do with them (don't have to take them, of course). There ya go:
