Day #3: Eating well, but blood sugar is spiky, so it is the kind of day when normally I might say, I'm sorry (and mean it)...but instead it is a total, "Well F@$& You Then". I don't think yogurt cures that :(
I had my weight written down & sealed, but I did not look. I want it for later. I am sure looking now would only depress me.
Day #4: I am surprised the lowering of my sugar intake has not resulted in a salt consumption spike, at least not yet. Peanut butter is my friend, no disrespect to my real friends :)
Day #7: Minor set back: Mother Nature decided to visit me carrying Chocolate, Alcohol & Pills. Although I admit being 3 times bitchier than usual is amazingly calming...for me. I think I'll visit my Aunt today Bwa Ha Ha!
Day #10 Went to Anime LA & other places in Los Angeles over the weekend and did a lot of walking. This kind of exercise I like :)
Day #14 I have decided not to continue my documentation of dieting unless something major or outstanding happens. It's all just too average :)
