Elwood Rose Week 9: Elwood III
We start off the week with Oliver and Lucas becoming bestfriends over an arrangement. Oliver's cat Mags is now part of Lucas's family.
And she's already fit right in, makng sure to be present for family events.
James grew up into a teen. He rolled Popularity/Family and his LTW is to Become the Law (now I really hope that I manage to unlock university soon because he needs to have a degree to follow that career path!) His turn ons ae jewellery and athletic whilst his turn off is unemployed.
Lucas and Susannah were highschool sweethearts and they are still going strong :)

Lucas got a promotion to High School Teacher - Rank 5!
When he checked his inbox he found an important e-mail from Elwood Rose's official mayor to be/current acting mayor, Jake Smith. Jake was willing to offer Lucas $100,000 from the town fund to open an Elementary School.
The younger twins' birthday rolled around. Julian's a cute little tyke.
And Kira's the only woman in a house full of boys. Poor future boyfriend, he will hav to deal with four brothers before he can get to Kira!
I love the toddler hug interaction :3
Susannah earned a promotion to Vice Squad - Rank 5.
Lucas agreed to Jake's deal and Elwood Rose now has an Elementary school!!
Welcome to Rose Elementary!
It has a playground where the kids can play on sunny days during recess.
A computer lab.
An arts and crafts room.
Canteen
Lucas decided to teach one group of students and employ his older brother, Henry, to teach the other group.
Lucas got the younger bunch of students.
Whilst Henry got to teach the older students.
During recess, all the kids rushed out to play in the brand new playground.
They also had lunch in the school cafeteria.
When school finished and all the kids walked back home, Lucas was left with a smile on his face. Town kids no longer needed to travel very large distances to get their education! They now had their very own elementary school and high school.
The school rose up to rank 3 for this round.
Lucas invited a few family members over for a family gathering.
Cousins Gigi and James got a chance to hang out together.
When everyone left, the boys all got to hang out together in the living room.
No more toddlers and diapers!
I love it when these two do something adorable spontaneously!

Kira got her own new purple bedroom.
And Julian got his own bedroom as well.
All of the bedrooms are upstairs except for the master bedroom.
James wanted to start making toys so he got his very own toy bench.
Lucas is in full on skilling mode in order to earn his next promotion.
Family time :)
Mags and Steel (who I realise I don't have a single picture of for this round) finally tried for kittens!
Another family birthday!
Vincent rolled Knowledge/Grilled Cheese and his LTW is to Become Head of SCIA. His turn ons are Hard Worker and Great Cook whilst his turn off is Good at Cleaning.
Matthew rolled Pleasure/Family and his LTW is to Become Education Minister like his father.
His turn ons are fitness and glasses and his trun off is black hair.
Just because the twins are older, it doesn't mean that they don't hang out with their little brother and sister.
Kira has been spending so much time on the chess board that she got a hobby plaque!
Susannah earns another promotion and is now a Lieutenant - Rank 7. Lucas also earned another promotion and he is now a University Gest Lecturer- Rank 6.
Thanks to their combined bonuses, Lucas has already managed to pay back $20,000 of his initial loan.
