Say yes! To Michigan

I'm trying to write my Russia/study abroad paper but I just can't focus on it... That's what I hate about starting big papers, there's always so much to say all at once that it's hard to create a proper and organized path, I just want to throw it all out at the same time. Always seems like you'll never be done.

Our kitchen is overflowing with cookies, left and right. Ha and Chi baked containers upon containers full of goodies for Yoshi and their host family in WI so there's barely any counter space left for the time being. It's nice.

My wall has all these awesome pictures on it that I got printed from winkflash.com - first 50 are free (shipping still had to be paid for but it only cost 99c) and after that it's only 12c/print (+shipping of course)... Pretty darn good if you ask me and they came out really nice too, even cell phone cam ones.

I think I might be doing a radio show next semester? Eek, I really dunno... It's great fun every time I go and I enjoy being groupie but I know nothing about music really so pretty much I'll either have to be a quiet mouse in the corner or risk embarrassing myself into one. On the other hand, it'll be good quality time with the off-campus peeps and I'm definitely interested in learning more. I think I'm pretty much held to it by Nan though, so oh well. Should be interesting. Josh would appriciate it too I suppose.

I'm wearing my Awosting pants.

Tomorrow and Monday is going to be unnecessarily hot, but at least after that it should decently cool down again. I'm just waiting for when it gets so cold that 45 degrees will become an exciting heat wave and jacketless weather.

Hmm... What I wouldn't give for him to walk through my door right now... I wish we both had the capabilities and resources to be more spontaneous. I wish we had more freedom. I wonder if it would make our relationship better. But no sense on dwelling on what doesn't exist just because one can dwell. That's how the Russians got to be the way they are.
I think in November we are going to take a nice long walk to the waterfall, I think (hope) it'll do us some good.
