Hi ma cherie
Remember you are who you are and whatever you achieve or you achieved make you go forward.Go back few years ago and look what you accomplished.You were in England with your friends so far away , and........Jesse in Rhode Island, spending your time on the computer {well you still do lol} to get in touch with them, going back and forth to the US to see them ,you had Sherry and Sarah visiting you in England. At not even 19 you were brave enough to leave your family to go your own way. Now, here you are in Houston, married to a wonderful guy,Ok Jesse, dont get excited with the compliment lol {remember what you told us the first day that you saw Jesse in England: thats he will be our son in law, may be some people didnt believe it but I ALWAYS DID }.Now you are working, getting mre and more confortable in your married live . Well i think that you are always underestimated you and you cant reach your goal as soon as you say it,it takes time and you must keep going and ....BE PATIENT!
Now it will have always misery in the world and you are not Mere Theresa, just stay the way you are and you will be fine

your mom is right. you are the strongest person i know, and don't let your.. self get you down. you are just you and that's all anyone can ask for. that's all YOU can ask for! and i noticed that you're not necessarily becoming more passive, but more passive aggressive instead of just plain old agressive mary. don't give that up! it's who you are. you've yelled at me a lot and here i still am (haha) so don't be afraid to let your friends know how you feel. they will still love you, they will still be your friends, and you will still love them. i think a lot of what has made us so much closer over our last TEN years isn't necessarily all the things we have in common, but the fact that we DO fight. we DO disagree. that's what makes me know and love who mary is, you already have too much inside of that brilliant mind of yours to be adding anything else to it. i know that you will do what you need to, and i know that it's all just a matter of time. and whatever you do discover about yourself and your life doesnt make what you've already known all this time untrue. no matter how much time it takes, i will be here, jesse will be here, sherry will be here, and your mom will be here to support you, and other people too. when people truly love what is good about a person, they take whatever bad comes along with it, and i know that is how we all feel. i love you! very much! now what are we going to do about our ten year anniversary? :)
