(Scrappy Quilt) I am almost half way
I have done the layout for the Scrappy Quilt that I have started with maedb as a follow-along. I, of course, charged ahead, and although only 7 of the blocks on the Scrap-Happy quilt that was our inspiration have been revealed, I've done 14 blocks.
The quilt is intended for ciorstan, who has a Scottish persona in the SCA, and who was a weaver until her wrists gave out. So today's block was, in her signature colors of green, rust and gold, something that l think looks a lot like a tartan plaid.
Plaid?
It's actually called a Chariot Wheel Variation, but phooey on the name. It's a plaid.
