1. Have boobage (I happen to be on the boobagier side, but I don't know that it matters very much whether you are or not).
2. Wear a brand-new bra that's not all stretched out yet.
3. Wear a snug-ish t-shirt.

That's all.  The cashiers at Whole Foods and Trader Joe's (one of the boy persuasion and one of the girl persuasion) were both very, very friendly.  When it's not done in a totally creepy way it just makes me laugh.
