I'm a nearby neighbor who lives in Hampshire County West Virginia, but I wanted to join here because I work in Frederick Maryland. I'm a print contractor working for Xerox currently at Bechtel. (Poetigress and I also attended several PandaGuy's Picnics and enjoyed them immensely.)
And to sort of segue into the primary reason for this particular post, I'm looking for crash space either once or twice a week until probably autumn, or until I'm restationed at another account.
The reasons - I'm trying to prolong the life of my high-mileage car while my commute is 86 miles one-way from home. Now, with the crushing gas prices, it's becoming a matter of necessity to not travel home each night. (One night each week would likely be Wednesdays, two nights would likely be Tuesdays and Thursdays.)
I literally just need an unused corner to sack out in. I carry my own sleeping bag and toiletries in the car. I wouldn't even need to use your shower because of the facilities available at Bechtel.
The perfect scenario would be to find a fur in either Frederick Co. MD, or in Jefferson Co. West Virginia who lives not far from 340. If you would like to help, please either comment here or you can email me at jarrell@myrainbowark.com

P.S. I should also mention that I'm house broke, the Frontline seems to be keeping the fleas and ticks away, and I make a decent omelette. So if anyone wouldn't mind helping out a little gray raccoon, moi, I'd sure appreciate it. ^.^;
