(no subject)
So...that giving up thing lasted like a day. Oh well. Things might get better because they probably couldn't be worse.
Anyway...Wow I hate work so much. I'm not going to make it all summer. Today was HELL. Seriously. Getting there at 8:15 is not necessary. Especially when it is like 55 degrees out! Backboarding when it's cold = worst thing ever. It's too bad we were not prepared for those 600 kids we had. Second day of work and I already had a save. Yeah, it was lame because by the time I got to the kid, he had already grabbed onto someone else. Oh! So the kid he grabbed onto to save his life just responded with "Ow!" and a look of disgust. What a jerk! I wanted to hit him. The drowning kid was freaking out because he just got too deep but he was okay. I did fall on my way into the pool though. That was embarrassing. It was nice seeing Jon though. He was doing community service for Red Cedar and he talked to me for a while. That helped pass the time.
I guess today wasn't all bad. I did get to hang out with K9, which is always fun. You can't quit! I'm not going to let you. Then the boys stopped by (minus Tom) and they helped me get Hobey's present. Yay. I think it might actually turn out well. I'm so excited.
Wow this entry is way too long and boring and I need to be at the pool at 8:15 again tomorrow. woot.
