1) One knee push ups & Tuck Jump

2) Leap frog Kettlebell press with 18 pound kettle bell.

3) Quick feet push up- Using Using the BodyRock Equalizer

4) Star core

5) Core Twist-Using the BodyRock Equalizer

6)  Lunge Press and Twist with the 18 pound kettle bell

Knee raises.
