1) 3 way Jump & L&R Spider Knee Plank Touch
2) Wide Leg 1/2 Burpee & Bentover Row - using the 18 pound kettle bell
3) Knee Push-Up, 3 Jacks, Surfer Turn
4) Round the skate box the Ball Abs
5) Jump Squats
6) Squat & Side Leg Lifts
Next up, 6 seconds on, 10 seconds off knee raises on the equalizer.
