Looks like justice will be done after all...
We went in front of a judge yesterday. She saw right through his bullshit. Rodney should have never gotten any of the orders against me that he did. They are all squashed. (Including the contempt). I now have legal custody of Jasper, and Rodney has to have supervised visitation. No more cops at the door, yay! 8 times in 3 weeks is enough to drive anyone nutty. We have another hearing on Wednesday, where I'm sure there wont be much of a change.
I never thought he would scratch his own face to get me arrested. I never thought he would put his own flesh and blood through all this crazyness just to hurt me. I never thought he was such a vindictive person. Talk about true colors. This time last year we were just a day away from our son being born... now, we are in court. It is very sad. Im just glad this is happening while Jaz is so young, not when he is 5 or 6.
