A favorite clip from Friday Night Lights

I always loved these three scenes.  In the first part, you see Eric and Tami all relaxed and maybe just a little tipsy, just kicking back on the patio, then Matt's at the door and Eric becomes this coach/father figure.  These aren't flashy scenes, they just feel so real and for that reason, I think this is a perfect example what Friday Night Lights does best.
