Phew, Holiday Update
Crikey! Everyone wanted a piece of me this week, and I still have two finals left to go. *sigh*
On the bright side, however, I am completely finished with my Christmas shopping/shipping. I am really nervous about my presents for snogged and especially velvetwhip...I don't want to the person who gets the duplicate for them, you know? But for one, the more the better, because it's sort of a crafty/artsy gift - the other...perfectly buyable if you so desire.
Why do I always get like this during the holidays? Thank goddess Ryan is so easy to shop for. He points, I buy and wrap, he opens, is overjoyed, great. No worry at all, there.
This year we are getting each other a joint gift of a smoothie/frozen yogurt maker and a 'get out of making a huge dinner free' card. Which is nice, after Thanksgiving. I mean, I'm making a turkey or maybe a ham..but it won't be all - rawr. Just us, and the tree. And the kissing light up flamingos outside. *g*
Fic gifts are also right on schedule, and for once, I am going to turn in my fest noel_of_spike as well as rekindlespangel right on time - so that should be a good ego boost to have those finished.
Unfortunately, I can't think of a good way to end Adventures in Hell, and there is no way I am letting that one go. So there you have it.
Le Holiday Update, as of Dec 11. *shakes head* I definitely need more HIMYM - which I am halfway through S4 - and Barney's in love with ROBIN? *head smack* I so should have seen that one coming. *runs to the comm*
