Shire barbeque
Today purplemermaid, caomhinmaca and I went to tewkesbury, after a very opleasant breakfast in the deli in Chipping Sodbury. Tewkesbury was good, and despite rain on the way there, and rain on the way back, it was dry all the time we were wandering round. I bought some pewter spoons to replace my lost ones, a wonderful, narrow purple leather belt, 6m of fine white linen, and several items of rather hippy clothes, including some rather outrageous, and Mongolian looking red/black trousers:
Once we got home, we had a Shire get-together - sharikkamur, Sarah and John came over and caomhinmaca cooked sausages, onions, veg etc on the barbeque, followed by chocolate roulade made by sharikkamur (delicious, and filled with chocolate mousse and raspberries)
Afterwards we had coffee and cup cakes made by Sarah - these were the few that were left.....
I now feel very, very full!
