First day at the new jorb

It went pretty well today. Mostly I did weighting of different reagents and mixing, getting things to the right pH and stuff like that. Every one in the lab is really nice and have been cool about me not knowing where things are or how to do stuff.
Now that I have made my buffers, I think that I may be extracting some DNA tomarrow. It's going to be cool :)
