Kids! (Can I sell my neighbor's daughter to the slavers?)

The other day DS1 was out playing basketball at a hoop some neighbors have. The kids he was playing with don't even live in this neighborhood - the one who lives closest is this girl who lives around the corner.

At one point, from what I've been told (by an adult who was nearby), DS1 tossed the ball to one of the boys. The kid turned his head and didn't see it coming, so it hit him in the side of the head. My friend says the boy didn't get mad, and they acted like they were gonna keep playing.

Even DS1 said the boy didn't seem to care, but suddenly the girl (who lives around the corner) ran over and BIT DS1 on the back of his arm, right above the elbow.

My friend sent DS1 straight home, telling him to let me see it. Luckily she didn't break the skin, but he had a dark purple mark for every tooth! I immediately grabbed an ice pack for him, then I went to find out exactly what happened, since sometimes DS1 leaves out his part in the story of how he got hurt.

All the kids (4 total) had disappeared but the adult, who is a friend and sort-of related to me, told me the story as she saw it.

Not wanting to cause too many waves, I went home and told my kids to stay away from the girl. Just don't play with her.

Next day the bite mark was all puffy and you could still see that it was teeth marks.

Today it's just a big dark-grey bruise. I should have gotten pics all along so I would have proof... because yesterday the girl shows up at our house saying her mom said she had to apologize to DS1 - but that HE HAD BITTEN HER FIRST. What??!! My Sister was talking to her - I didn't trust myself to speak to the little bitch, myself.

When P asked to see where, she was like "Oh, he didn't leave a mark, but there was orange slobber on my arm 'cause he was drinking orange pop."

Yeah, right. As snaggle-toothed as DS1 is he'd have left a mark of some sort. I think the little bitch heard the kids playing in the backyard and thought she was just gonna come over and play. I don't think she told her mom at all - I think she was lying and thought she was going to get away with it.

Yeah, maybe I should have talked to her mom about it, but her mom is the sort who never believes her little angel does anything wrong - like when she was going around kneeing boys in the balls last year.

If this little bitch ever touches either of my kids again, her mom's gonna get a call from me - and if it's as bad as this one, she just may get a visit from the sheriff as well.

Corporal Punishment. That's one child who just needs her ass beat.
