The perfect start to a perfect day? a breakfast of baked salmon.
The past few days have been exceptionally quiet, lazy, and (for lack of a better word) uneventful.
I'm just trying to remain calm...trying NOT to think of such thoughts; instead...I have been reading anything and everything i can get my hands on, and it really is a beautiful thing.
Yesterday i decided to try my hand at creativity.
I took the ENTIRE house by storm when I made a delicious baked salmon entree (complete with wine, garlic, lemon...)
I think i found my new passion!
