Operation Formal Dinner Party was a complete success, if i do say so myself!
roughly 20 close friends were in attendance.
dress code was formal and classy.
it took me an hour to prepare the long dining room table;
but in the end, it was "Rachel Ray-esque," complete with flowers, and china.
i was very pleased with the result.
Happy relaxed atmosphere,
good fellowship.
mom and nonna cooked the food- excellent.
Frank Sinatra was singing.
plus, i got to wear my little black dress.
(did i mention that i think every woman should own one?)
i could have asked for a better formal dinner party.
it was amazing, everything seemed to fall right into place!
