Crazy week

Last week was pretty crazy. We went to Cleveland for Memorial Day weekend to see The Killers (suprisingly very good live) and to see Oakland play ball so badly that they could kill someone. Either way I got to see a band that is apparently getting $400 for 4 tickets on EBAY, and I got to cross another ballpark off my list of ballparks I've seen. My goal is to get to all of them. Right now I've been to 2, and I'll be going to Toronto at some point this summer, so that will make 3. THere are approximately 9 others within driving distance (2 New York, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Baltimore, Boston, Detroit, 2 Chicago) and a few others that we know people near (St. Louis, Kansas City). The only real hard ones are the west coast teams, and the southern teams.

Then I came back to work Monday, figuring a nice slow, lazy week. And I found out Wednesday that there was no EE to go witness EMI testing for my lights. And since they are mine, I have to go. So I scramble to get ready, book a flight, hotel and rent a car, and I'm off to Boston unexpectedly. Good news is everything passed. Bad news is I was in the lab for close to 15 hours a day and I didn't get to see or do anything in boston (including visit Krista:( ) But I thought it was a neat place and I want to try to come back next year.
