BSG to the Big Screen?
Entertainment Weekly has just confirmed Bryan Singer will Produce and Direct a film version of Battlestar Galactica for Universal Pictures. It is very hard to see where Singer plans to go with this. What story will he tell? As far as BSG fans are concerned, the story has already been told.
Will Singer resurrect his original Battlestar idea from 2000? And if so, how will it differ from the Battlestar story Ron Moore created? What will happen to the Battlestar universe Ron Moore created? There is an old saying that has been handed down for generations. It says alot more about common sense than many of us give it credit, and it goes a little something like this: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
