Hi :)
I just want to let you know that two days ago I watched Mary's Replacing Dad.
I hope that you share your feelings with me if you have watched it.
Linda Marsh is HUGE and Mary portrayed her so damned well :)
I loved that she recovered from the divorce and she was the one who won after all. Her husband was a jerk when he was cheating on her and he was even worse when she caught him and he pretend that nothing had happened - JERK.
I hated so much when she asked him to come back. I know she was desperate, she had 3 kids and she was having some problems in finding a job and the worst of all, she still loved him.
Anyway, things really change and she started rebuilding her life with her kids and her mom's help. And then, OMG, thank the Gods, her son crashed the car LOL. When I saw the doctor I said: that's him, she needs him, and it will be him the one, that special one. And in fact, he was :)
Oh, when he arrived with desert and they started eating the icecream and he gave her and they were eating with the same spoon LOL, I know it's silly but it was so romantic and cute and then they kissed *dances all over the room*
The end situation with Mr. Marsh trying and being about to commit suicide was awesome. After all he did to her he was the father of her children and she tried hard to persuade him. She didn't but her children did. She had learned the lesson before him: they have their kids, and that's the most important thing in the world. I loved that when he asked her to go back home with them she said no. He needed that, because he was the cheater and the one who hurted her first, when they first separated she was completely in love with him.In their anniversary she was completely mad at him, and then he was that stupid jerk with her, frak him.
Anyway, I loved Mary's performance and I loved the movie. I loved her interaction with children and that bunny thing of her youngest son. So cute.
Mary you ARE GREAT!
Have a nice sunday.
