So wheni went to play a disney dvd today i find out to my surprise that it was according to my computer a non exsistent. i got scared so i contacted dell support and they fixed it yay......the fates love me. thank you guy from india!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just found out today i went to play a dvd and it wouldn't read the disk then i tried playing a cd and the same thing happened. so i went to device manager and found this message: "Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)
