Hello dear friends postcrossers! I'm talking about postcrossers because I guess they are the target audience of this live journal. Also It could be interesting for all people collecting postcards.
So my first post is about two postcards from Southern Africa. Why from this country? I have received cards approximately from 36 countries and I evaluate mail from South Africa as quite rare one.
First of described cards I have received a year ago from Alison.
Note on the back of card: CAPE SUGARBIRD (Promerops cafer) on Protea eximia. The sugarbird spends much of it's time in the air catching insects or using it's long curved bill to probe for nectar wherever proteas are in bloom.
The second one is from Credo and it arrived to me a mounth ago:
These postcards are one of my favourites. But...I guess all cards placed here will be the most favourite ones :)
