First of all, all these negative, derogatory comments from certain people are not needed. I don't understand why people can't keep comments to themselves. Not only is it mean and hateful, but it's incredibly immature. You girls are in high school, so I understand the immaturity level, but that gives you no right at all to purposely try to make a person's life a living hell. When I was your age, people were rude and very stuck up, but they were nowhere near as hateful and harmful as many of the girls that attend E. C. Glass. I can't think of a single reason why some of these people think they have the right to verbally harm another person. Many of your families are respectable Lynchburg families and they would be ashamed to know that their children and grandchildren are so hateful. I sure as hell wouldn't want to be related to people who feel they need to cut down a person in order to have their fun. Why don't all of you just stay away from the people you dislike, and stay out of their lives completely? It's very simple. I have done it plenty of times. Just ignore the people you dislike and pretend you don't have an interest in what they're up to. Worry about your life and the people you truly care about. It's not worth your time or effort when you spend your spare time writing on a stupid web journal about other people and their lives. Get a hobby! Second, on the subject of "love"... Love can mean many things to different people. I love my best friend, but that doesn't mean I want to die for her or marry her. I love her like a sister. In high school, love and life are totally different experiences than when you get to be the college age. In high school, "love" usually is the word used when the feelings of lust or obsession are taking place. Your freshman year of college, you will realize how petty and stupid you acted in high school, and you will laugh at yourself for being such a dork. This happens to everyone. You worry about so many different things going on in high school, and you later realize that those things weren't that big of a deal at all. You learn who you are as a person, you grow apart from most of your high school buddies because your personality and interests have changed. You learn that your definition of the word "love" has changed. Don't reply to this with some insulting message, because there's no need. Just think about it a little bit. When you go off to college, you'll understand where I'm coming from.
